New Menu elicits many oohs, aahs and mmmmms
Capitol Bar recently debuted a brand new food menu with Chef Ryan Hembree (former Grind Burger, Brewforia) at the helm. Fusing Far East flavors with those from Down South and a touch of Northwest flair, Ryan has created a handful of plates that have Cap Bar regulars drooling.
From inventive flatbreads to delectable salads and soul food favorites to a flavorful roster of sandwiches, the new Capitol Bar menu is aimed at providing the neighborhood with a homegrown and laid back dinner option that can’t be found anywhere on State Street.
